What is a commission fee? When you list your business on the WeeDeliver Marketplace, customers will be able to place orders on your Digital Storefront. You pay a percentage of the customer's subtotal for that order. This percentage varies, depending on your Partner Plan.
Why should I join Green Pass? WeeDeliver Partners who sign up for Green Pass offer more value to their customers, compared to other businesses. Customers will see the WeeDeliver logo on listings that offer Green Pass benefits. Benefits such as $0 delivery fees, faster delivery, & exclusive discounts.
How does the trial work? WeeDeliver Basic partners begin with a 7-day $1 trial, and WeeDeliver Plus & Premium begin with a 30-day $1 trial. During the trial, all commission costs are 0%, so you can feel out whichever partner plan works the best for your business. After your free trial, you'll be enrolled at the commission fee indicated in your Dashboard under the "More">"Plan" tabs. You may switch your plan anytime during or after your trial. However, switching your plan may take 4 - 7 days to process changes.
What happens if I switch plans during the trial? If you switch plans in the middle of your trial, your $1 trial will end & you'll be fully enrolled in your new plan. Within the next 5 business days of the change, you'll start paying the commission rate for the new plan. To avoid your free trial ending early, WeeDeliver recommends setting a reminder to log in & update your plan 5 or fewer days before your original trial ends.
Whatt's the delivery redius for merchants? The delivery redius is not a set standard. WeeDeliver uses an algorithm based on demand & WeeDeliverer availability. Parters with a Plus & Premium plan have access to a larger radius, reaching more potential customers than Basic.
