Why shouldn't I just leave the app & call 911? Sometimes you may need to quickly & discreetly call for help & WeeDeliver's tools give you exactly that. Please, do not refrain from contacting 911. We are simply here as extra support, if you deem the situation calls for action.

When should I not use WeeDeliver's safety tools? WeeDeliver's safety tools are only for unsafe emergencies, specifically while on a delivery. Any misuse or abuse of this feature may lead to your account being disabled.

What if I move locations during an emergency? Once safety mode is active, we will be monitoring your live status & updating officials of any changes to your situation.

What if I no longer need help? Firstly, we're relived to know you're okay. Secondly, please let your dedicated agent know if you are safe. We'll follow-up with you about your experience afterwards.

How will I get help if I lose connection? WeeDeliver reminds you to make sure your phone is charged enough before every delivery. If an issue occurs during an emergency situation, the agents will make additional attempts to contact you and 911 will be sent to your last known location.
