What are the pricing plan differences? The "Basic" plan includes core marketing tools, allowing you to be found in the "Browse" tab or algorithmically suggested to customers. You also have access to create marketing campaigns & boost your visibility. Basic has a 15% delivery commission with a 7-day $1 trial. The "Plus" plan includes everything in Basic. Additionally, offering the "Buddy" AI Agent, farther customer reach, lower customer delivery fees, & benefits from Green Pass. Plus has a 25% delivery commission with a 30-day $1 trial. The "Premium" plan includes everything in Plus. Additionally, offering farthest customer reach, lowest customer delivery fee, priority pickup, and a growth guarantee. Premium has a 30% commision with a 30-day $1 trial. Our $1 trial serves two purposes: it demonstrates a partner's commitment to exploring our service, and it ensures we're attracting serious businesses ready to invest in growing their reach. This small fee helps us offset onboarding costs associated with providing a seamless setup experience. Commission fees support several essential aspects of the WeeDeliver platform. Including technology development & maintenance, customer acquisition & marketing, operational costs, research & development. Our 'Growth Guarantee' means that if you don't get at least 20 online orders within the first month, you're entitled to a refund of 100% of your commission fees for that month.
How soon will I get paid? WeeDeliver merchant partners can choose to either recieve a weekly direct deposit or opt in to daily payouts at no extra charge.
How does the trial work? WeeDeliver Basic partners begin with a 7-day $1 trial, and WeeDeliver Plus & Premium begin with a 30-day $1 trial. During the trial, all commission costs are 0%, so you can feel out whichever partner plan works the best for your business. After your free trial, you'll be enrolled at the commission fee indicated in your Dashboard under the "More">"Plan" tabs. You may switch your plan anytime during or after your trial. However, switching your plan may take 4 - 7 days to process changes.
What happens if I switch plans during the trial? If you switch plans in the middle of your trial, your $1 trial will end and you'll be fully enrolled in your new plan. Within the next 5 business days of the change, you'll start paying the commission rate for the new plan. To avoid your free trial ending early, WeeDeliver recommends setting a reminder to log in & update your plan 5 or fewer days before your original trial ends.
Can I opt out before my trial ends? Yes, you can opt out of any plan's trial at any time.
